Open the App Store and install an IPTV player that supports Xtream Codes, such as IPTV Smarters.
Add a user
Choose "Login with Xtream Codes API" (or the equivalent in your player).
Enter your login
Server, username and password exactly as in your email.

After the first load, open your language group and add favourites.

Do I need to pay for the app?

Yes, but HD uses roughly 1 to 3 GB per hour, so Wi-Fi is better for long viewing.
