What we collect
When you request a trial, order or contact us: your name, email, WhatsApp number, country, the device and app you use, and your messages. For orders also the plan, price and payment status.
Why
To send your login, help with setup, answer questions, confirm payments and send a few service emails about your trial or order (the login itself, a short "is it working?" check, a nudge if an order was left unpaid). Tell us any time and we stop the optional ones.
Payments
You pay on the payment company's own secure page, so your full card number never reaches us.
Who sees it
Our support team and the service providers needed to run the site: hosting, email delivery and payments. We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Cookies and statistics
Just the small amount the site needs (such as keeping your support chat open on this device), plus anonymous visit counts that cannot tell who you are.
How long
While your trial or plan is active, then as long as needed for accounting and any dispute, after which it is deleted.
Your rights
Ask for a copy, a correction or deletion of your data through the live chat or the contact form, from the email address you used.
