7-day refund window
When the service will not play properly on your device in the first 7 days after you pay, and our team has not managed to solve it, that order is refundable.
How to ask
Open the live chat or use the contact form with the email you ordered with and describe the problem. Before refunding we try a fix first, such as a second server or help with your app.
How refunds are paid
Refunds travel back the way the money came in whenever that is possible. Expect card and PayPal refunds in about one to two weeks, depending on your bank; for crypto, give us a wallet address and we return the same coin.
Not covered
Requests after 7 days, logins shared outside the household, a single channel or match being unavailable (lineups change over time), and subscriptions bought from the previous owner of this domain.
